Industry Poster Registration rates: $1500 per submission that is accepted.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation requests are to be sent to Dana@painmed.org before April 15, 2021. There is a cancellation fee of $375 of your purchase. April 15 and after, there are no refunds. Funds cannot be applied to other opportunities.
