Support and Exhibition at PainConnect 2025, the 41st AAPM Annual Meeting

We invite you to become a corporate supporter of PainConnect 2025, the 41st AAPM annual meeting. Your participation as an exhibitor and supporter in the AAPM Resource Center will be valuable to the meeting's total learning experience. Many opportunities exist to increase your impact and highlight a rewarding experience for attendees.

HOTEL:  AAPM has secured the discounted sleeping room rate of $309 for up to two people, plus taxes and fees. These rates end when the room block sells out or on March 5, 2025.   The only official hotel reservation source is to contact the hotel directly or secure a discounted hotel room rate via the AAPM Annual Event website. We will never contact you to secure a room.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS*: 

SETUP & Registration -  10:30 am – 4:30 pm. All exhibits must be set up, and aisles must be cleared by 4:30 pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025, without exception.

SHOW HOURS

Thursday, April 3: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Opening Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Friday, April 4: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Exhibits Open/Break 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM/3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Reception in Exhibit Hall 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Saturday, April 6: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Exhibits Open/Break 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM/3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

DISMANTLE

Saturday, April 5, 2025, – 5:30 PM Exhibit Teardown

*Preliminary schedule as of July 2024, subject to change. Coffee and networking breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors may not break down before 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025. Exhibitors breaking down before 4:30 pm on April 4, 2025, will be fined $500.

CANCELLATION. In the event that Company notifies the Association in writing of Company’s intent to repudiate the exhibit/ support contract after acceptance but before November 6, 2024, a full refund of monies received, minus a $500 cancellation fee, will be made. If cancellation is received after November 6, 2024, and before January 8, 2025, the company will receive no refund but will receive credit for the next year minus a $500 administrative fee. No refunds will be made, or cancellations accepted after January 8, 2025.
