We invite you to become a corporate supporter of PainConnect 2026, the 42nd AAPM annual meeting. Your participation as an exhibitor and supporter in the AAPM Resource Center will be valuable to the meeting's total learning experience. Many opportunities exist to increase your impact and highlight a rewarding experience for attendees.

HOTEL: AAPM has secured a discounted sleeping room rate of $295 for up to two people, plus taxes and fees. These rates end when the room block sells out or on February 4, 2026.   The only official hotel reservation source is to contact the hotel directly or secure a discounted hotel room rate via the AAPM Annual Event website. We will never contact you to secure a room.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Sub-Room Blocks:  Exhibitors and Sponsors requiring ten (10) or more rooms per night must coordinate a sub-room block with the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Please contact the conference coordinators (kimberleymeegan@gmail.com)  to secure your sub-room block within the conference room block. Be sure to coordinate your sub-room block early to confirm availability.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS*: 

SETUP & Registration - 10:30 am – 4:30 pm. All exhibits must be set up, and aisles must be cleared by 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026, without exception.

SHOW HOURS

Thursday, March 5: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Opening Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Friday, March 6: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Exhibits Open/Break 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM/3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Reception in Exhibit Hall 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Saturday, March 7: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Exhibits Open/Break 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM/3:15 PM – 4:00 PM

 

DISMANTLE

Saturday, March 7, 2026, – 5:30 PM Exhibit Teardown

*Preliminary schedule as of September 2025, subject to change. Coffee and networking breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors may not break down before 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2026. Exhibitors breaking down before 4:30 pm on March 7, 2026, will be fined $500.

 

CANCELLATION. In the event that Company notifies the Association in writing of Company’s intent to repudiate the exhibit/ support contract after acceptance but before October 9, 2025, a full refund of monies received, minus a $500 cancellation fee, will be made. If cancellation is received after October 10, 2025, and before November 6, 2025, the company will receive no refund but will receive credit for the next year, minus a $500 administrative fee. No refunds will be made, or cancellations accepted after December 11, 2025.
