Support and Exhibition at the 39th Annual Meeting

We invite you to become a corporate supporter of the AAPM 39th Annual Meeting. Your participation as an exhibitor and supporter in the AAPM Resource Center will be a valuable contribution to the total learning experience of the meeting.  There a many opportunities to increase your impact and highlight a rewarding experience for attendees.

Register by December 31, 2022 and receive an additional complimentary representative badge.

HOTEL:  The only official hotel reservation source is via direct contact with the hotel or securing a discounted hotel room rate via the AAPM Annual Event website. We will never contact you to secure a room. Call the hotel at (954) 525-4000 and ask for the AAPM rate or use the link to book your stay. https://book.passkey.com/event/50406937/owner/4894/home 

AAPM has secured the discounted sleeping room rate of $369 a night for up to two people, plus taxes and fees. These rates end when the room block sells out, or March 1, 2023, whichever occurs first.

 

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS*: 

SETUP - All exhibits must be set up and aisles must be cleared by 4 pm on Thursday, March 23, 2023, without exception. All exhibits are six-foot tabletop displays to encourage attendee networking

SHOW HOURS

Thursday, March 23   5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Opening Welcome Reception in Resource Center

Friday, March 24   9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Posters and Networking Reception in Resource Center)

Saturday, March 25   9:00 am - 4:30 pm

*Preliminary schedule as of November 2022, subject to change. Coffee and Networking breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall

 

DISMANTLE

The official closing time of the exhibits is 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023. All exhibit materials must be packed and ready for removal from the exhibit area no later than 5:30 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

 

Cancelation Policy:  In the event that the Company notifies the Association in writing of the Company’s intent to repudiate the exhibit/support contract after acceptance but prior to February 1, 2023, a full refund of monies received, minus a $250 administrative fee, will be made. A penalty of 50% of the cost of the total support contracted will be imposed for a written cancellation received between February 1, 2023 and February 15, 2023. No refunds will be made or cancellations accepted after February 15, 2023.
